Report a Pothole

NOTE: This form is only to be used to report potholes on roads in the Town of Ravenel. Please do NOT use this form to report potholes in Adams Run, Edisto Island, Hollywood, Meggett, or other surrounding towns or cities. Please contact those municipalities directly. 

When completing the form below, please remember to be specific about the location of the pothole. Landmarks, street names, travel lane direction, adjacent house addresses, and the like are all very helpful for crews trying to locate and repair the pothole.
