The Tea Farm Planned Development (PD) consists of about 396 acres off of Old Jacksonboro Road and includes an annexation of 2,876 acres of residual area that is primarily (80%) wetland and unbuildable in Ravenel. Tea Farm had public hearings before the Planning & Zoning Commission on 9/16/21 and before the Council on 9/28/21 and then gained final approval on 10/6/21.
The PD consists of 709 acres where up to 400 dwelling units will be located along with 16 acres of commercial, 2 acres of municipal uses, and 52 acres of preserved open space.
